Energy

The main focus under this theme is to learn and implement how we can work together to become more aware of energy issues and to improve local energy efficiency.  Focal areas under this theme are covered in CAPS curriculum topics as well as beyond the curriculum:

• Energy solutions: use of solar panels, LED lighting, reducing the number of printers and paper for printing, switching off lights, etc

• Energy in a changing world: various activities to create awareness on energy use and renewable and non-renewable energy
